One thing has stopped us producing them earlier, quality. It's taken several samples from various manufacturers to get to the stage that we're happy not only with the mat quality, but also the quality of the printed artwork going onto them. The end result is not the cheapest to produce by far, but then why spend so long on the artwork only to have them printed on a cheap mat.
The finished product is a 235mm x 200mm hard top mat with wipe clean printed 'under surface' ensuring it stays looking brand new for the life of the mat.
